The second phase of our process is about working together for common goals. Collaboration and teamwork are key – whether it is working with clients, architects, engineers, sub-contractors, or banking partners, VC Design & Build provides customized support for each project.

The level of collaboration depends upon the complexity of the project and may last for a few weeks or several months. For complex projects there will likely be several important decision points along the way as we identify potential hurdles and project costs. Additionally, large commercial projects require stringent government approvals to ensure all local and state ordinances are observed.

At the conclusion of the Collaborate phase, our clients can expect to have defined the full scope and pricing of their project, including the development of all necessary plans and approvals to begin construction.
