The project will unfold rapidly at this point and effective communication and coordination between all parties is critical. Utilizing our web based Client Console our customers and subcontractors can keep up to date. A text message alerts you of the need to check the console for updates on items such as current budget, change requests, schedule, selection dates, and progress photos. We will also store critical documents there including copies of building permits, contracts and construction plans. For subcontractors, the portal provides selective access keeping them abreast of schedule changes that may impact their work.
