The Ridgeview Villas are selling fast.  Since April 1st we have sold 3 homes with 2 others under contract.  Construction will be starting this month on three more homes, 201 Meridian, 203 Meridian, and 205 Meridian.  203 Meridian is pre-sold, but two three bedroom homes are still available and can be customized to suit your wishes.

Due to incredible demand in late May, 2 buildings were set aside to accomodate lease requests.  Since that time a total of 4 leases have been executed.  Only 2 homes remain at $1495 per month.
