In February 2009, VC Design and Build partnered with Merrill Lynch Financial Services to provide a full scale, custom office renovation. The 2,200 square foot project included the removal of an existing, unusable office layout and the design and construction of a new custom office for Merrill Lynch and its employees. By working with both the client and the building owner, VC Design and Build was able to provide an office space the was ideal for addressing the needs of the client.

In continuing the practice of Common Sense Green, the custom office renovation uses state of the art green technology, including motion sensor light switches and timers, water saving bathroom fixtures, and low-e lighting ballasts.
