Carolyn Phelps is the wife of Vince of over 20 years and is proud to be the “C” in VC. She is very supportive of VC Design & Build and is a critical team member working to provide back office and marketing support for our firm. Carolyn is very detailed by nature and helps ensure that all I’s are dotted and T’s crossed. Carolyn is a lifetime resident of Central Virginia and holds both a Bachelor and Masters Degree from Lynchburg College.
